OK, this is basically the GameCube menu music sped up by about 25 times (i.e, in Audacity, I sped up by 400% (i.e. 5 times), then again by 400% (i.e. 5 x 5 = 25 times)).

So did the famicom use to make that sound or something and you discovered by speeding the Gamecube startup screen up it would recreate the sound?
So what gave you the idea to do this?
