If you’re talking about Squirt, who hangs out behind a waterfall in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble, I know how to beat him. You fight as Ellie the Elephant and you have to suck up water from the waterfall to fill your meter, while avoiding Squirt’s water attacks. Basically, just jump in circles around the platforms until Squirt stops. Then he’ll stick his eyes out from the falls, and that’s when you squirt them with water. Each eye takes two or three hits (I think it’s three), and you must take out both of them. After that, the round ends, and a new round begins, and Squirt’s attacks become more difficult to dodge. I believe there are 3 rounds in the SNES version of the game, and 5 in the GBA, but I’m not certain of that.
