It’s a game from another country/region like Japan Etc. It won’t work on your machine, the same way as another region DVD wouldn’t. Theres no legal reason why you can’t play them, they put region locks on them to stop their other divisions creating more profit. WHATS A FREELOADER? It’s a disc released by Datel for the Gamecube which lets you play import gamecube games (on a gamecube) You can also use an “Action Replay” which does the same thing, purchase prescription drugs without a prescription but also allows you to cheat on games.
