This game is a little older, but I am a HUGE fan of Lost Magic. Since it’s a little older it should be pretty cheap, too. I think it came out in like 06. Pretty much you have to save the world using your magic that you learn along the way by fighting other magicians and they teach you different runes to make spells with, you’re the son of a mage, all that jazz. You need to have a good memory for the runes though, theres 6 elements and 3 runes for each element, different combinations make different spells. My boyfriend gave it to me because he couldn’t remember the spells to save his life.
I got my DS for Christmas last year and just beat LM the other day, so I haven’t had a lot of time to test out other games.
