What Are The Dirt Mounds Marked Dk In Donkey Kong 64 For?

I am an old school gamer and I am playing Donkey Kong 64 right now and I have no idea what the DK dirt mounds that are spread randomly throughout the game are for. What is in them? How do I get into them?

Ok, this is slightly but not completely complex…
You need Tiny Kong… If you need help getting her, you’ll have to ask that later
Then, in DK Isle, the 5 Pad will transport you to fairy island if you’ve uncovered it already… Then, shrink Tiny (you need to get that ability, probably in Angry Aztec) and go into the big fairy’s head…
Talk to the banana fairy… she’ll ask you to gather her little fairies…. and then she’ll give you a “special ability”
then, you are able to use those mounds…
Go up to a mound, stand on it, and press B, holding it…. an orange glow will surround you, let go of B and you do a super move… the mound crashes and an uber coin pops out, worth 5 coins for each Kong

you need an ability to get rid of them i can not tell you because i do not have it anymore so check out that guy who gives you stuff for it
