Since Mario Party is based on the Super Mario fonts why not try something such as Mario Luigi 2 (created by LuigiFreak101). You can find it here
It is free to download the font. You then have various options.
1. Use the font as it it (with black/default text)
2. Change the colour of any or all of the letter in your usual word processing program (eg word).
3. Add a shadow or outline to the various letters using any text art or word art program (you can also change the background colour for the shadow/outline.
